The guy that collected payment in driver-thru was extremely pleasant. I still can't comprehend how there's so many customers in line and I still get old fries.
It’s McDonalds so dont expect gourmet dining; however, Christopher is the shinning star of this location! Most definitely chic-fil-a energy. Super kind and courteous.
Why does it take 20 mins to get a ice cream cone???? I wait ten minutes, I even go up to the counter and politely ask the guy if I can get it seeing how its only ONE THING. I proceed to wait another five minutes.... still waiting actually and this is what i'm handed after being very polite . This mcdonald's is horrible and has been for years and just reminding me why I do not come here.
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. The cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets my kids usually enjoy tasted stale, poorly prepared, and almost like leftovers. The drive-thru service was also rude and frustrating. While I was trying to place my order, the staff rushed me, changed the person taking the order, and then someone shouted that they couldn't hear me.
