i come to this mcdonald’s often. Most of the time it’s quick and easy.Lately i would say the past 2 weeks every time i come they seem to be out of it.workers fighting in the lobby,order has been wrong 4 days in a row other than the mobile order i placed it was correct. I’m not the one to leave reviews but come on now ,i’ve worked at mcdonald’s and i know how it is but this is unacceptable.EDIT TO ADD: this mcdonald’s is terrible every single day i go there almost either as a customer or dasher and you have to sit in the line... read more
I had to wait 30 minutes at the drive thru for a 10 piece and then when i got my chicken nuggets they were cold like they have been sitting in the container for 3 hours… i have worked at a mcdonalds and i would have been in serious trouble especially pur managers on there horrible customer service. its FASTFOOD why is it taking as long as it is for a sit down restaurant!
Can't ever get food here. I get off at 12:00 a.m. and on April 17th at 12:00 a.m. I waited in line for 10 minutes the car at the speaker doesn't get their order taken. So I gave up the person with the headset on is in the parking lot talking to people. If they're short-handed it's Management's fault if not it's the crews fault. Either way it's McDonald's fault one star.
