Stop selling food you've had under the heat lamp for 45 minutes. The children that work at this place think seem to thinkbpeople want to pay 8+ dollars for a sausage biscuit meal that's so hard it will chip your tooth if you bite into it. They have a time limit for how long stuff can sit under the heat lamp for a reason. This is the worst McDonald's in Grand junction. 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and I finally just walked out without the order. They are terrible
We had many problems with our order. It took more than 10 minutes to prepare the menu. Even though we specifically asked for fries without salt, they served them salty and only corrected it afterward. We requested Fanta without ice, but they brought us Diet Coke with ice instead. What makes it worse is that, despite two different employees checking the order two or three times, all of these mistakes still happened. The hygiene of the place is terrible.
