People are to busy on there phone then to help people waiting 10 minutes at the counter not everybody wants to pay with a damn debit card
This McDonalds was very dirty. Finger prints on furniture, floors were filthy, trash was sitting between where food was prepared and the counter where orders were placed. A guy came in from the drive through and wanted his money back, he said he had been waiting 15 minutes. The staff was having a meeting and during that time orders were not being processed. I’m not from the area, but I hope I never go back to this restaurant.
Ordered a Togo order. Fires were cold, asked the lady for new fries. She went and got them and threw them in the bag. Got to my pickup and opened my cheeseburger bun was burnt. Went back inside and asked for a new one the gentelman said that is how they come out because of a new machine. Horrible service. Do better
Went through drive thru, guy asked if we wanted receipt we declined. I realized they forgot half my order when I got home, went back and had to wait a second time, guy told us to pull forward and the red head girl at the second window asked for our receipt and rolled her eyes when we said we didn't have one. Practically threw the food at us and closed the window, no thank you, sorry, or is there anything else I can do for you? By the time we received our food it was cold. Someone should have a chat with her.
