Customer service is top notch. I see them working hard. Teamwork at it's best. They make most delicious Strawberry Oreo shake. Ask for it next time.
This place is terrible, at 6AM they make the customer wait over 12 min in the drive thru for breakfast, Today was the worst they’re card machine was down, that’s the first thing he should have said when I arrived, who ever is running this place, doesn’t know they’re running it, this place needs better leadership, I’m disappointed, never coming here again.
My son & I went here Monday for lunch. There was 2 other people in line before us. We waited at least 10 minutes and no one came to the register counter to take orders. We tried to use the kiosk but it was malfunctioning. My son said "Let's go to Taco Bell". The man at the head of the line said this is an on going problem for this restaurant and has reported it. Unfortunately nothing has changed. I can't believe they're getting paid $20/hr for crappy service.
