Worst McDonald’s location ever. I ordered two Big Macs with no cheese and no pickles on Sunday, September 6, around 8:20 PM. Both came with exactly ONE slice of cheese. A Big Mac normally has two slices, so whoever made them clearly read my order and still decided to add cheese. That’s not a mistake. If the manager cares about this place, please find whoever made these burgers and have a talk with them. Hopefully, with another 30 years of practice, this guy will finally master the art of assembling a Big Mac.

Please note that the 5 stars only pertains to the very patient workers today, that handled many disgruntled customers who had to wait a long time to get their orders. This morning my family went to McD to pick up our Hello Kitty Happy Meals (It was for the kids. It really was!) Being that it was a Sunday morning and right around the breakfast to lunch transition time, the place was packed. Based on my recent visits after my initial review. This location seems to be doing pretty well. At least on multiple orders on separate occasions. All are correct. And the foods are hot and fresh. The dining hall is still clean. No homeless sleeping inside; compare that to fastfood locations at DTLA. At least that was true the last time I went to one of the fastfood places at DTLA.
