Tiny hot fudge sunday not worth $3.50, total rip off. Can't believe the price inflated to outrageous taking advantage. Dairy Queen next door with real ice cream, same price larger. Never again! Your prices are too expensive never coming back, don't want your app. Bye McDonald's your not worth .99 cents, scam.
I ordered my food through my mobile app and went inside sat down at the little booth (Table top was really sticky as always is)waited , when my food was done the employee put it in the little cubby and didn't call my number or anything , I was in my phone patiently waiting, just happened to look up and seen a bag sitting in the cubby looked over to see what number it was sure enough it was mine . Has McDonald's employees forgotten how to communicate?
Friendly front counter staff. Smiling faces are wonderful to see. Great service and my food was great
Got happy meals plain came with everything on them fry’s dumped into the bottom of the bag and cold as hell when we went in to get it fixed the copped an attitude with my mom and then just said fine have a refund then and slammed the money into the counter
This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was extremely rude, and they even misplaced my Big Mac. I approached the situation politely, but they were still unhelpful and disrespectful. Very disappointed
