Customer service at drive thru was excellent today 9/9/25 @ 3pm
Horrible service! One night the doors are locked to be able to pick up and the next night they are not! So assuming they are locked and then sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes to have them to you that you have to go inside is beyond ridiculous! Like the stupid girl couldn’t just hand me the food! All she kept saying is you have to come inside…
The quality of breakfast has changed so much. I ordered #8 bagel with bacon meal I had specific modifications and they failed, also they didn't give my hash brown. I'm so disappointed. Tried to call no one picks up. Unfortunately this location is the closest to my home.
Something is almost always missing from my order especially if I order through the app. I can understand if it's during busy hours but it wasn't. It's always at this location as well.
This McDonald’s located on 2727 Bay Area blvd provided terrible service to a paying customer. I use the mobile app that was created. I paid for my food and the app tells you to head to the store and provide the code. First off the line was wrapped around the corner. I understand that service is limited due to the workers. I wait politely in the line almost 20 to 25 min. Once I get to the speaker, a lady says to pull up to the window and that someone will help you. All the cars pull up.
