Best McD's in the area.
The quality of service has gone down tremendously at this location. The employees need to get the order right the first time. When Im ordering food I expect it to be the way that I ask for. I drove all the way home and discovered this thinking I got what I paid for. This is unacceptable and if things don’t improve with this location I will take my business to a different location that’s professional.
I am very disappointed with the service at this location. My daughter was given the wrong order and charged for it. When she returned to correct the mistake, the staff took back the food and attempted to charge her again. She was made to feel like an inconvenience for requesting that the error be fixed. Unfortunately, the order was still incorrect after being remade. When I called to discuss the issue, I was transferred between managers without any meaningful resolution.
