Never open when it says it’s supposed to be honestly would love to have a conversation with the owner at this point between opening late and closing early don’t waste your time

I made an order on the mobile app on Monday, 07/13/26 at 9:00 PM and when I went to pick up the order there were no employees there and all the doors were locked. I guess the employees just decided they didn't want to be there anymore and left. The app still accepted my order and took my money though. I had to cancel my order and it said it would take 1-7 days to receive a refund.
Literally everytime I try to go inside the doors are locked but the dine in hours on the door say till 11. They are obviously still open and workers are there . I always see people try to open the door and it’s always locked . Maybe change the hours or keep your doors open and not lock them early . Find a new job if you can’t do it .
Wow they were so good and efficient. I'll go back to that one.
