We have been coming to this McDonald's for years. Up until very recently the service and atmosphere have been great. (The food is consistent as to what you'd expect of a typical McDonald's, and that is not the problem.) The problem as of late is with what seems to be a newer employee who is so rude and unpleasant, we've actually quit making our daily stop. Kiosk says take table tent and find seat. No receipt. Walk around looking for something clean, sit. They yell a number around the corner. Muffin inexplicably chewy. Burrito was almost perfectly wrapped. Fairly typical McDonald's food quality, just chewier. Then coffee was in a dribble cup, leaking under the lid onto my shirt. Generally not what one expects from a typical McDonald's experience. Not horrible, but not up to snuff. This McDonald’s is really hit or miss. I like coming here on the weekends for breakfast and usually order at the self‑serve kiosk (gotta get those points). One ongoing issue, though, is that the kiosk almost never prints a receipt. I’m not sure why, but it happens pretty often. I grab my table number and go sit down anyway. The confusing part is the inconsistency with how orders are handled. Sometimes they bring the food right to your table, which is great.
