Going to stop going here. 100% of the orders are wrong. Missing sauce, wrong mods. It’s not that tough to get one order correct.
Staff used to be amazing but lately, not so much. Drive Thru- “Go ahead.” When I paid, no hello, no thank you, the young lady said absolutely nothing but I did get a “mmm hmmm” when I said thank you. She looks miserable every time I go here. I didn’t apply for you, or make you go in for an interview, or force you to work there- don’t act like I’m inconveniencing you at the business you chose to work at. They sell food, you can’t be mad at the people that will inevitably show up to order the food.
Unprofessional staff not willing to help/talk customers thru the issues they experience and offer simple answers without explanation. Avoid this location if possible
This is one of the best McDonald’s to go to. The owner really cares about his establishment and make sure it runs well. We drive past several McDonald’s locations just come here.
