24 minutes in the drive thru to get two small hamburgers (10/11 - 20:45) Past visits also indicate that they're gaming the system which presumably measures speed of service--why am I asked to leave the window when no one else is behind me? Leadership and workers both could learn A LOT from Chick-Fil-A about how to enhance the customer experience.

Rude and completely ignore you when you are waiting will never return to this location. This isn’t the first time having problems with this location. Food is never fresh order is always messed up you spend most your time there getting order corrected.
They got my order Wrand it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. And somebody else's order head. hair in a burger. And I heard about one don't - order that somebody else picked up. What they did my order was.They didn't put tomatoes in my happy meals i had 3 of them and in my double quarter.Pound with bacon, one of them was not supposed to have lettuce and a put letters in all of them.But one that was supposed to have lettuce motto was just out screwed up.
