I went through the drive thru window& ordered a half sweet& half unsweetened tea, easy ice. They got it wrong. But it was ok. I just wanted tea, ya know?! Maybe they'll get right next time.
So today is 03/05/25 at around 1:18pm I order 3 large caramel frapes at the drivethru and the guy who took my order had put 1 large and two smalls he said to tell the lady at the window to make them large when I pull up and asked the lady that they were large I asked if she can make them large she just said that I couldnt do that I said I asked for large frapes he the guy told me to tell to change then to large and she just refuse to do it. I dont know if she is having a bad Day or anything but I dont have nothing to do with... read more
If i could give it a zero i would. The absolute worst mcdonalds in the area. Always slow. Never right. Made a mobile order and have been waiting for over 30minutes. Do not go here.
Horrible customer service and have a problem with giving refunds when asking for money back.
