Gave me the wrong order in drive through. After realizing I had to turn around and go back. Went back drive through explained my situation, they had me park to wait for my order. After 8min I went inside and got a refund. We will not be back.
This is the worst place to go .waited in line for 30 mins in driver threw and than waited for just 3 drinks and seen them in there playing so we just got our money back .
The hiring manager apparently doesn't know how to make a McFlurry, since I pointed out the mix-ins weren't mixed, I got told I was wrong, even though VERY clearly they were on top. When I stood my ground, pointing out it wasn't mixed, she gave me an attitude about it and took it back to the kitchen, which isn't what she's supposed to do as it's a hygiene risk. So long as she works there, and remains in charge, this location will continue to be mediocre at best.
If they would stop shit talking to one another and actually do their job it'd be a great place. But waiting around 20 minutes just to find out they put your order as a doordash order whilest you're legit sitting there in the lobby is ridiculous. Especially since as we walked in one of their team members reminded them to pay attention to lobby orders.
This was honestly one of our best experiences at a McDonald’s ever. We came in to try the new Big Arch, and it was absolutely delicious. I could hardly believe it was a fast food burger—it genuinely exceeded expectations. The service was also great, friendly, and efficient. We were truly blown away by both the quality and the experience. Thank you for going above and beyond—wow!
