I've been buying French vanilla ice coffee since it hit the market. I visit 3 different McDonald's, 4 to 6 times a week. The ice coffees are never the same. Some disgusting. I carry a bottle of syrup to add myself, I ask for extra cream at the window. Do not ask at the drive through because u never know how much the person making it is going to put it. I've been to one at river crossing. 3 People walk before me walked out due to no food ready.
I have not been to the Citrys Park location in several months because of the lousy service. The employees are extremely polite but need better training. I went this morning hoping it had gotten better but I was sadly mistaken. The only thing that was correct with my order were the drinks and side order of bacon. McDonald's used to be a food place to get a meal but it has went down so far in the past few years.
We only get McFlurry's from McDonald's, and have been fortunate enough to never have the machine be broken when we arrive. They must be doing something right.
