Sent my wife to get lunch to be able to order the Grinch Big Mac meal (This item is not a online order only item) and she was told they COULD NOT do it so went in side and they still would not allow her to order the item. When calling in the manager on duty at 3:04ish was extremely rude in tone and attitude. They are refusing to serve the Big Mac Grinch meal for some reason. When we politely asked why, the staff snapped at me "idk, do you want to talk to a manager" ... I was just asking no. So I ordered and told my husband. He decided to call to see if he could get clarification. Just seemed weird because they are still selling the standard Big Mac meals. Took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru, employee were short and barely said 2 words, and when they get home I'm missing some of my food. Absolutely inexcusable. Avoid this location unless you like being ignored and getting the wrong order. Edit for reply: The link requires the store number from the receipt which I threw away days ago. Guess you don't really care what people have to say if you make reporting it impossible without information from over a week prior. Way to act like you care when you clearly don't
People waiting over 30min to an hour for one meal! People asking for refunds because of the wait!! No one giving answers. Ridiculous here!
