Horrible service. Even though I ordered from home using the app it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food in the drive through. They also attempted to give me the wrong order.
Updating*I had such a great experience at this McDonald’s. The food was excellent, fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. What really stood out to me, though, was the service. Juan, the manager, was genuinely friendly and made me feel welcomed and taken care of. You can tell he cares about his customers and the quality of service his team provides. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes pride in what they do. Thank you, Juan, for making my visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be back!
Rude staff forgot some of my order and I didn’t realize until after I left!
