Ordered via drive thru. Was told to wait... what's the purpose of 2 drive thru lanes if you're only going to serve 1 at a time? Then when I got my food they forgot half my order. Quality does NOT live here. This is not the first time THIS McDonalds has betrayed me.
Drive thru worker handed my bag of food to the car in front of me and when they gave it back he handed the same bag back to me. The manager then got annoyed when I asked for a new one that wasn’t in someone else’s car already. Waited 25 minutes. I was being very understanding and the manager was rude.
The lady name victoria have very rude behaviour i was waiting for my food since 20 minute but her told me to move side after 20 miniute what the hell she talk with me like a enemy
