The service at EVERY McDonald's since COVID and the self serve kiosks have DWINDLED dramatically. I know that staffing is low and we may need to wait to get help. I have stood at the counter in many different McDonald's stores and had to speak, or yell hello, to get someone's attention. It may be for only a drink refill, condiments that weren't delivered and not available to get myself, a complaint that the bagel sandwich didn't charge any sauce on it, or even to order or pay for my meal. Burger was cooked a long time before i got it. Fries were good
Got coffee it was cold asked for new coffee it was cold. And the lady said well thats because it was the last bit of coffee was not impressed.
