Very disappointed in the service and food when I went in this evening. We ordered normal then when we went to pay the guy didn't say a single word when trying to interact with him and say thank you. One we were at the window for food we waited 15 minutes for our food. Once we received our food we noticed they forgot an item and so I sent in my partner. Two managers in there for lunch and they can't even handle orders go elsewhere
The customer service at McDonald’s has really gone downhill. I know working there can be stressful, but it’s not a hard job—and being kind shouldn’t be either. The morning crew has been extremely rude lately, and my orders have been messed up more than once. Very disappointing
