Very bad customer service service I am not going to there any more long waiting time don’t say hello no smile nothing this place is horrible for customers
Mcdonald's is really on a decline overall but this location was the worst that I have been to in a long time. There was an elderly lady that stood at the counter for 5 minutes and could not understand why no one was there to take her order. I explained to her about the kiosk but she did not feel comfortable using it. I had to yell to the back for someone to come and help her.
