My sons stopped here on a road trip. The employees were very rude and when asked about it were told thats just how they are. Then my son was given a raw hamburger. Horrible experience!

Standard McDonalds. Their fries were fresh and the soda was bubbly and delicious. My burger was like warm, but I was hungry so it didnt really matter.

16:50 6/2/26 the manager/ floor lead on staff found it necessary to ensure customer satisfaction was not met. The item paid for was not available, a secondary item was given. When the customer found this to be unsatisfactory the customer requested an additional drink for the inconvenience of lack of staff management preparedness. If all it takes is an additional drink to ensure customer satisfaction, it is rational to give the drink. 1 drink will not affect daily profits. Customer satisfaction does.

I bought an ice cream cone. Total was $2.67. I handed the clerk $10.67. She gave me $7.95. I said um this isn’t right. I explained and she said. I put it in the machine and that’s what it said. I said $10.67-$2.67 is $8. She gets a mgr who hands me back the 95 cents and says it’s a dollar and basically is like go away. Long line at the drive thru. Good lord, folks. We do t even teach math anymore.
