Waited 30 minutes for my food then they gave me a small water cup when I ordered a large. I told them this and they still wouldn’t give me a large cup and made me wait that long for my food. I don’t understand how you mess up and order then don’t give them what they ask for and don’t even give them a free item.
Absolutely terrible... Staff that doesn't acknowledge or welcome you, to management that does not manage... The order taker did not listen to what was ordered, did not repeat the order, and just wanted to take the money and move on to socializing... The manager just took the attitude that all is fine, and there is "no way" the staff made an error... Rather than trying to make it correct. What happened to customer service... McDonald's is failing, and this location is a prime example of management not managing and franchisees... read more
