I come to this mcdonald's on olive avenue every morning and get my coffee.. Selena and adrian are 2 of the best always greet me with a smile on their face😊 all the employees there are great i've never dealt with a rude employee at all at this establishment...
I order through doordash I ordered two meals with a coke and dr pepper. When I received my doordash I had no fries and I had two dr peppers. I was able to get my refund through doordash. But when I called this McDonald's to file a complaint no one answered it rang for a while and then had a busy signal and I called 3 times and was sent to a busy signal...this is a very unprofessional establishment
Zero customer service kiosks suck. For them to even acknowledge you seriously stood there for 22 min
