I ordered through Uber Eats. I was supposed to receive a free Big Mac since my order was order $15 but didn’t. Employees need to pay attention to what they’re doing and follow specials.

This McDonald's is STRAIGHT TRASH! 75% of the employees speak little no English and have a complete lackadaisical demeanor. The lobby is filthy. Placing an order inside, shouldn't take over 15min (minimum) to be completed. This is THE ONLY McDonald's location I've seen where the restrooms are under combination lock & key. Mind you the restrooms (as expected) are always in POOR SHAPE. No matter how local this location is, just go to another store

You know you’re at a poorly run McDonald’s when… You pull up to the drive-thru and wait over a minute without hearing a word. You call out several times before anyone finally responds — and when they do, the tone is cold and uninterested, like you’re bothering them just by showing up. Then, the wait begins. You sit there for over 15 minutes waiting for your fast food. At that point, you can’t help but think — if you wanted to wait this long, you would’ve gone to a 4-star restaurant instead.
