Went through the drive through, and person taking order was very rude and was not paying attention. Got my order wrong and had to go back and get the correct order! Was upsetting but i had to get my order also!
This location isn’t as good as the others. But I believe it’s a management not employee issue.
I never got my order and the tall man in the yellow vest said not to worry about it. They are rude. Management don't care, their customer care team don't care. They lie to you. I really can see why McDonald's is going down, management has become A joke.
Slow service. Always have to wait in a pickup lane for basic orders. Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder today. Had to wait extra for it and when I got home I had a regular quarter pounder. No more Micky D’s for me!
