My previous review was positive, however this last encounter changed that. I ordered online, tried to pickup from the drive through only to get sent to the 3rd window and forgotten about for 20 minutes. I went inside to see my order was sitting on a warmer, getting lukewarm, my drinks and ice cream melting. I wanted the order re-made. Food is good, place is too cold inside. Hard to get waited on at the counter. Workers are too focused on drive up. I can't get the self service kiosk to respond to my finger touch. Don't know why, I showed a manager. She didn't understand either. No self service kiosk ever works for me.
