I rarely review fast food joints because, well, they are tradtionally not supposed to be of the same quality as sit-down restaurants and are simply for cheap, mediocre food and service. However, with the price of McDonald's being right up there with a full-service restaurant now, the staff needs to step up its game. Mobile order placed 20 minutes before arriving (only 3 McMuffin sandwiches)… 25 minute wait after being told to move to one of the waiting spots, just for the order to be incorrect. Horribly mismanaged place.
If you are looking to spend 22 minutes waiting for white french fries with the consistency of a wet noodle and 3 missing drinks do I have a recommendation for you! When you want your fast food dining experience to be completely underwhelming and feel even worse than you did when you made the decision to go in the first place you can count on the Canfield McDonalds to deliver.
