Fernando is the best! He help me with my order and was so nice and helpful
After arriving at the drive through for breakfast service at approx 04:10AM, employee stated their “system is down.” I then requested if the employee would like me to read out the order for him. The employee stated “no.” I was unable to receive service upon arrival. When the employee was asked for next steps (refund, wait time) they provided no response. Haven’t had McDonald’s in years, so maybe this is a sign from God himself. Thanks guys! 😂
