I visited this location on April 17 @ 1pm. This review is for the white gentleman who brought our food out to us after we had to wait almost 20 min. I did not catch his name but I’m sure the manager knows who he is. I wish I could’ve tipped him. In all the years I’ve eaten at McDonalds, I’ve never had service like his. When our food finally came out, he had it on a tray, organized with bag and drink in front. He apologize for the extremely long wait. Ordered without ketchup no pickles got it with both
Avoid this McDonald's at all costs! Employees stood idle as customers waited in long lines. One woman waited 20 minutes for fries and had to ask for a refund as her ice cream melted. I left without getting food due to the appalling service. Take your business elsewhere until they address these issues!
