This location is really clean. The crew that I interacted with had great customer service. Our food came out quick and tasted delicious. The play area is maintained nicely, and kept to a high standard of clean as well. I'm very happy with our visit.
Changing table broken and installed far too low. You would have to be three foot tall to use that changing table.
Not very good customer service. They dont care customers wait time. Yesterday I went there. I was waiting for an order for 7 minutes.noone ahead of me. 2 behind me. Waited for 7 minutes. They just ignored. I dont think I will go again.
Ordered food, they told us to pull up. We waited five minutes, and the manager came to the window with an attitude and asked us what we had. She legit spoke to me the same way a quarreling couple would communicate. She then got the food and with a continued attitude told me that it takes 7 min on the tenders. We weren’t complaining at all! There was no reason for an attitude. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a manager!
