If you’re looking for McDonald’s in Hastings skip this one. They’ll give you soda without carbonation and if you utilize the app for ordering in advance be warned, they won’t provide the full amount of sauces. Good thing there’s a better McDonald’s down the road! Their customer service is significantly better than here. Managers need to be professional, respectful and customer oriented. Wish there was an option for zero stars, kinda like I got zero sauces that I ordered!

It was late and raining and lobby was closed so we asked the drive through if we could pick up DoorDash at the window and they said yea, once we got to the window a different lady (with a lot of attitude) said we HAD to come inside. So instead of turning around and handing the bag that was 5 feet behind her to us, she made us come inside. And she had to come unlock the door for us, which took more time than it would have to just hand it to us. it just would have been easier for everyone involved for her to just hand it to us... read more

I went thru there for breakfast and I used a code to get points then I did a separate order to use my points and I was yelled at by one of the managers telling me that im not allowed to use to codes even tho I was using my own points she was rude and disrespectful and I have never felt so embarrassed in my life as a manager or an employee you should never yell at ur customers period that is very unprofessional
