No dime in trays for people dining in, food was cold and not hot

One of the worst burger,,,,,i have ever had. Not going to order ever again. I would have given 0 stars if there is an option. Waste of money.
NEW REVIEW FOR 2026 Sat. Apr. 25 ~ 8:30pm This is still my fave McDonald's in the Hespeler area. The staff were doing a good job at keeping the resto clean & tidy. The fountain/condiment counter though was a little messy with pop spills and ketchup blobs but overall the floor was clean and free of litter. The tables were wiped down too. This McD's gets a lot of young men as customers. They often leave a mess on the table which challenges the staff. Staff would be cleaning tables every time these packs leave.
