Men bathroom stall door doesn't lock. Looks to be kicked in over a dozen times. Washroom dirty. It's the dirtiest MC I've ever seen. I ordered my food on a kiosk. My order number was up for only a minute. They cleared the number. Then, let half my order sit on the counter for several minutes. My burger was cold, and fries were old. Sunday was not frozen but melted ice cream with watery strawberry sauce. McD corporate inspection must be skipping this location. I will not be back to this location. This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The foods usually fine, other than when you order a drink half of the time the syrup is out in the machine making the drink just taste like soda water. Waited in the drive thru for about 30 mins at 10 pm.
Wish I could give zero stars. This is 100% without a doubt the WORST McDonald’s location that I’ve ever been to. Countless times, I’ve waiting in line for 20-30 minutes for ONE McFlurry. Literally can’t count on two hands how many times I’ve waited 30 minutes for one ice cream here over the last 3 years and when you ask them why, they make nonsense excuses.They NEVER use their four drive thru pullover spots.
