Very poor customer service, the manager was very rude, totally unprofessional. A very bad experience

My experrience of Today Nov 8 2025 at around 6pm ET. I’m a regular McDonald’s customer who’s spent a lot over the years. Recently, I faced an emergency — I had no money, needed to take my prescribed medication, and only asked for a courtesy cup of water. I even showed my medication. The employee refused, saying she “wasn’t allowed” and could “get in trouble.” When I asked for the manager, no one came. Margie was extremely polite and made my day. I will definitely be coming back at this location more often. Simply the best service at a McDonald's which I had for a long time.
