Ordered a large coffee and asked for a second cup because it was extremely hot and there were no sleeves available. Assistant manager Aman refused unless I paid $0.50. When I asked for the manager’s name and took a photo of the name tag to file a complaint, she threatened to call 911 and claimed it was illegal. My young son became very upset and I left. Very disappointing customer service and unnecessary escalation. If I could give zero stars I would.
You messed up a simple hamburger, no napkins, no dip for my nuggets. Ketchup is covered with fruit flies.
Chris has great hospitality and is very friendly
Stopped by this McDonald's on the way to a camping trip. Chris was wonderful. I have never been to McDonald's location in which not only were the tables served, but also cleaned of the trash. Chris also replaced cups that were dirty. Thank you Chris!
