The last 5 times I’ve door dashed I have gotten none of the sauces I’ve asked for it’s like they’re blind there. Like it ain’t that hard to put some sauces in there
Ordered 2 Mcchickens and took 20 minutes to receive it. Manager kept staring me down and then proceeded to bring a meal out to someone else that came in 10 minutes after me. Also the MANAGER was not wearing gloves and putting food in bags and serving them. Time stamp 8:10 08/28/25
The old manager named Kathy was very rude. The meat was dry. The bun was hard as a rock. The HC was more carbonated and no flavor.
Horrible customer service. After being fixed this is what I got
I have had to wait for Cold food so many times here. None of the employees seem to care or hustle or nothing !! I can get crappy service a time or two and I won't get mad. But this macdonald is horrible.
