Thank you Virginia! I had a technical issue with my order and Virginia was a glowing example of great customer service. Other members of this location have given me great customer service as well so even though this location isn't the closest McDonald's to me, I will drive out of my way to order from here. Food quality is what you would expect, the customer service has always been a step above the rest.
Mobile order took over 15 minutes to pick up! And they don’t answer the phone number they have listed on the pick up spot. Even the fact that they have the number on the pick up spot makes it seem like this is an outstanding issue. Do better next time.
Food is never ever fresh. No matter the time of day. Midnight, old and cold. During a busy rush, still manages to serve cold food.
