Went to the drive thru and waited for about 10 minutes. The worker finally says it will be just a moment. Waited another 10 minutes and he says I will be right with you, this happened one more time. I left. This is horrible service.
Took my order at the kiosk. And went to the line to pay in cash. Checked my phone when walking up, and I walked up at 7:01 p.m., at 7:16 p.m. after 5 different employees looked at me and walked away, did I finally have someone ask me if I needed help. I told them that I was just looking to pay for an order and put one in. She says that someone will be with me in a bit. Stopped here traveling through town, got to the order board to be told they had no food. Really?? They then started rambling about the drinks they didn't have either. Sounds more like they were closing shop early and didn't want to work. And they want $20 an hour?
Thr manager christening deserves a raise. He worked .our 10 hour shift yet still helped .e correct my order did wait 40 minutes.
