I tried McDonald’s Caramel Apple Pie Blended Iced Coffee, and let me just say… my taste buds filed a complaint, and my stomach backed them up. 😂 I’ve had McDonald’s caramel frappes years ago and absolutely loved them, so I was excited to try this.
