After waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru, when I got my order, it had a fork instead of a spoon. Now tell me how anyone can eat ice cream with a fork. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes to get a spoon, that too at 1:30 am.
I’m not one to complain, I understand it’s busy but my experience today was sub-par. 1 person - 1 meal. 3 issues. No straw, no sauce (but was charged) and requested no lettuce but was given it and after waiting as they requested.
Food seems fine, service isn't bad the wait time isn't ever bad even when busy. My only complaint is when I go in the morning there's always this lady cleaning the floors and seems to get in the way a lot lol. No disrespect I don't think she deserves to be let go or punished just maybe talked to. And I'll be honest her attitude isn't the best when you say excuse me...it's almost like you are the inconvenience.
