It’s McDonalds what do you expect. Understaffed
Wow! What horrible customer service I just had at this location! I think her name was Carmen or something like that. Started with a C and ended with an N. She clearly hates her job and should not be working here. I stared at her until she acknowledged me. Which took quite a while. She was looking down, then right at me. She wanted me to start ordering without her saying a word that she was ready. The only thing she said to me was “anything else?” She didn’t even want to hand me the receipt.
