If they're going to make this location pretty much self-serve, they should provide the necessary things. There are never sanitizer wipes in the play area, but it always looks destroyed, and employees almost never acknowledge the front counter.
Its a shame when fast food gets turned into a 30 minute drive thru wait time. This location has asked me on 2 separate occasions to pull around and park, so they can keep there drive-thru metrics good, while they make the food, the issue now is that after pulling around I had to wait over 20 minutes, and go inside to get the food, and on both occasions they had to remake a meal, as there cooks made the food incorrectly. The drive through is fast!
ONE HOUR AND 40 MINS AGO we ordered food via DoorDash from this location and my driver is still in line waiting on food. We have cycled through multiple DD drivers because they have to abandon job and leave so then a new one comes and waits in line all over. he is 11th car back and no movement! Get your crap together Mcdonalds! its nearly 2am, you cant be that busy if you were organized and your employees showed up to work.
