Extremely rude staff. Came into place an order and I was being looked at like I was crazy or something. Whoever was working in the front was making comments about people in the drive-through. And the person that took my order was short tempered and seemed irritated that he had to take my order. I live in the area and needed to stop at this McDonald’s because I was pressed for time. I would never stop here again. This is exactly why I go to other locations nearby.
This particular McDonald's is one of the best that I've enjoyed. The moral is very good. The employees are professional and more mature than average. They seem to take pride in their work. The energy there is pleasant.
Young lady who is African American named MIA saw me come in. I patiently waited to pick up a DoorDash order for ten minutes and we made eye contact twice. She proceeded to help a new dasher coming in (African American) before asking what she can help me with. Then she allowed someone else (another African American woman) who just came in to place an in-store order before asking if she can help me with anything.
