I waited about 25mins for my food, as I was waiting about 5 people walked in because their orders were wrong or they had frozen french fries. My order was ok my fries were slightly warm and mushy , I ended up with an extra 6 piece nugget tho. It was my first time there and I will never go back.
I waited over an hour for my food at the Mt. Pleasant McDonald’s. The staff looked confused, disorganized, and completely unbothered by the long line of customers waiting. When I finally got my order, it was cold, missing items, and clearly thrown together without any care. The drive-thru was a nightmare and the inside wasn’t much better—dirty tables, trash overflowing, and no sense of urgency from anyone working.
