The driver misplaced my order and I tried calling in to get a refund, but was instead sent to voicemail twice, and when someone picked up the phone they just hung up on me two times, the service is so damn rude and just down right nasty.
This is usually my to go spot but honestly I will no longer come here again. Poor service; it used to be better here. The soda machine is not available and that’s disappointing, there’s only one refill which is wrong. Plus my two drinks were not even what I requested.. my fries were so dry and oily. The snack wrap was poorly made. I don’t understand what’s going on here but this place is always dirty when I visit and the bathrooms are okay. Parking is horrible!
