If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I paid for an online pick up and the worker refused to give me my food! Do NOT order here! There were also other people who were denied their orders as well. Horrible place go anywhere else.
Drive thru staff was very nice and professional
I plugged my phone in and the moment they saw me charging my phone while eating they disconnected the power on purpose. Then, proceeded to give me the dumbest excuse ever and say “Evanston shut us off even employees can’t charge”. Don’t treat paying customers this way that’s 1 star service
