Nice customer service and clean restaurant.
I waited in the drive thru line, patiently for 20 minutes after i placed my mobile order. Nobody was answering the speaker, nobody was talking to the customers. I assumed the speaker was broken, so i tried to go inside to pick up my order and the doors were locked. The other customers and I were reasonably frustrated because we weren't able to get our orders. I called the store phone twice and nobody answered. We came and ordered our food at the drive through, payed, and then everybody ran out after. Just a whole bunch of guys and one lady and one guy was walking with a cane and working. I’m not discriminating at all, but it’s the fact that you can do that but nobody came up to the window to let us know what was going on. We eventually got our drinks after having to honk the horn several times.
