I just stood for 16 minutes in the lobby waiting for a cup of coffee.
The manager addy is such a sweet heart she made my food exceptionally and just made my day with her kindness before our interaction I saw her working hard cleaning the store and I could tell she appreciates her job and takes charge
Twice now iv been made to wait 10mins in the line without my order being taken, whenever you have that night shift girl working, I don’t know what’s going on but she takes forever to take the orders, there were two cars in front of me, two cars, and the dude in front of me experienced the same thing Before when I was made to wait these two times the guy was extremely apologetic and explained that they were short staffed, this seems to be a common thing here, hire more people, quit penny pinching and just do better
