Ordered a medium frappe, got it in a broken cup, so we swung back around to get a new cup. Instead of just giving us a new cup right there we had to pull around and wait for them to poor it into a small cup and wrap a medium around it. The lady at the window said I would be getting a new one, so that’s why I had to pull around, but clearly that did not happen and I still had to wait around on them while they had only one other car in the drive through that was behind me before.

2nd time that my decaff coffee was actually barely lukewarm from drive up window. It's not difficult to keep coffee warm. I'm guessing probably made early morning, cause it also tasted very strong. I've seen this same problem at convenience stores also. Probably a combination of lacking common sense & poor management? Besides that, food was good & I'm thankful. Well, I guess another review. I thought when you got food at the Drive through, they are supposed to give ya napkins? I mean...do I use my shirt to wipe up food? Ok..... read more
