Staff I'd horrible...young kids don't want to work and it's sad. I will never recommend anyone to go to this location.

This is the worstMcDonald's in the city of Buffalo waited 30 minutes for cold fries no one in there was in a hurry to get the food out .Never again.

Elmwood location terrible slow as heck Here again while new crew till slow ,even slower Here again 10/31/21 The worst McDonald's ever Now it's cash only that's not good, People don't always carry Cash , besides the fact it took him long enough to tell me, I only go here taking a chance because it's close to me but I don't think I'll visit that McDonald's again 11/07/21 only here for lunch cuz I had a complimentary free combo meal ticket for the last complaint, first the floors are filthy as you can see in the pictures, as ... read more

Shame. I just wanted a coffee. She hands it to me ice cold. As if they dont know coffee is supposed to be hot. I ask for the manager. He just looks at me and never acknowledged what I said. I normally dont get angry but wow. Ill never come here again. Then they thought it was funny.
