Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I arrived at this McDonald’s at 8:40 PM intending to order inside, only to find out the lobby was already closed early, well before the posted hours. I then went to the drive-thru window, the only option left, but was refused service simply because I wasn’t in a car — even though I was clearly there, ready to order, and respectful. I came at 9:44pm and was told they would resume service at 10pm. I live just down the street and have been going to this mcdonald's for 23 years. I went back at 10pm and waited at the speaker box for 9 minutes saying hello twice. Nobody answered I pulled around a female came to the drive through holding a cash drawer and asked me what?
