Takes longer than most locations to get your food and the garbage cans are almost always spilling onto the floor. Plus there's lots of crazy homeless ppl and mentally ill ppl disturbing the customers. I'm done going to this location especially with my kids.
Fries taste very old.
OMG I finally got a mcspicy that I ordered I normally got to McDonald’s on plains rd and 5 times I ordered a mcspicy I paid for a mcspicy but got a mcchicken the customer supervise there is horrible the people are hard to understand and they will tell you you are wrong flat out without even hearing you out thank you McDonald on Fairview for an amazing food and customer service.
You need to hire more staff during peak hours. The seating area looked worse then a trap house in Detroit, garbages overflowing, food all over the ground and 10 min to receive my order (1 double cheeseburger). Staff was very polite and doing the best they could to keep up but clearly struggling.
