The customer service at this McDonald's is by far one of the worst I've ever experienced. We waited at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes and no one helped us. Pulled up to the first window and the person standing there walked away when they saw us. We then have to pull up to the second window and wave down someone inside to get help. We placed an online order which also wasn't ready when we got there. The food at this location is decent but the customer service makes it an awful experience and not worth coming to.
Terrible. Literally ignores special requests that I pay extra for. And rush you when ordering. Especially dread dealing with this one black lady who is rude. Can someone else take the orders please? And try to get the food right?
