This location is the worst McDonald's in Western ny and Erie county. Literally a half hour to get the wrong food, cold food, and completely flat pop. There's no excuse considering we are waiting as long as it takes to make it fresh.
I don’t know what kind of multiverse glitch happened at this McDonald’s, but the way they acted when I called in had me questioning reality. I dialed the number like a normal human being, trying to ask a simple question about my order — and the employees immediately jumped to “Uhh… is this a prank?” A PRANK? Be so serious.
