Order# 644 was for 1 double hamburger and 2 mcchicken sandwiches. Did not recieve double hamburger, instead was given a regular dried out single hamburger. This has happened frequently in the last year. Not a happy customer.
I did a mobile order for dine in. When the worker brought out the food, she missed the medium fries and the sauce. I walked to the counter to ask for it. Bruh the worker gave me an attitude and ignored me. Not until the manager was free to check on me, then the worker saw the bag with my fries sitting on the kitchen table and was like “Oh.” Not a freaking apology. The entire time I was standing there, not a single person standing behind the register for questions or taking orders. Very disorganized.
They did not give me my Bill's Mafia bobble head, and refused to answer the phone when I called.
