Seems like employees weren't trained to greet when customers enter the store. Welcoming someone into the establishment is customer service 101.
Gotta be the worst McDonald’s I go too, always slow, waited 15 minutes in line and they still got my order wrong , they make u move up to the reserve spot every time. Really takes the fast out of fast food. And they just suck at there job I’ve waited in line and in the reserve spot for 30 minutes before and they forgot about me till I went inside. Terrible terrible service and I’m not one to usually wright a review but they are that bad
Doordash brought me the wrong order. It could've been McDonald's.....but I was starving and can't walk, so I ate the cheeseburger and complained to doordash.
