Line was way too slow. I'm assuming management understaffs?
The service is very slow, no one greets or acknowledges you as a customer. There's no explanation or apology for delay of your order. 3 stars for the food because it's cold by the time you get it. 3 stars for atmosphere because the restaurant is overcrowded due to order delays.
Bought two hot and spicy sandwiches no lettuce light male with pickle I get home and there's lettuce on them with no chicken patty on both of them who does that the other day I got no chicken nuggets or my apple pies in the bag. I'm so darn upset mind you it's 20 min ride. I'm sure everybody checks their bag before they leave but how do you check each damn sandwich.
