It takes a special kind of incompetence to forget almost the entirety of an order, but this location has managed to do so multiple times. They can't even remember to give you straws for drinks. And the food that they do remember to give you is cold and not fresh in the slightest. Based on the other reviews here, the "workers" clearly don't care about doing their jobs correctly. I've been to this location twice in the past few months. The workers are not friendly and the food takes a long time. I know this location is pretty busy but I waited 21 minutes for my food yesterday which was 2 double cheeseburgers. The food was good but the service is terrible. Also the self order kiosks kept freezing, rendering them useless.

Just ordered food from the mobile app. Waited 15 minutes curbside for my order. They marked my order as received in the app when I never received my food. The app said it was a 2-5 minute wait. After 15 minutes I had to leave to go back to work. I stopped inside to ask what happened to my order but it was complete chaos. 20 people just standing around. I had to leave. No food. But I was charged in full.

The staff is nice but they never get the order right, I’ve been told to go wait and park and never had anyone drop off the food. I keep trying to give them another chance but it’s now been 5 mess ups in 10 trips. Go to another McDonald’s, this is the worst one in the city.
