This is the best McDonald's near downtown and the Elmwood Village. I go out of my way to come to the Niagara St location. Great, fast, accurate service. Whoever is managing this place is doing a great job! Thank you.
Every time I come here it’s horrible. I ordered delivery, and it’s like they didn’t even try to get it right. Two wrong sandwiches, missing hash browns, and missing coffee. Plus, when you call to ask for your correct meal, no one answers. Straight to voicemail. Don’t go here. EDIT: McDonalds trying to blame DoorDash is ridiculous. THEIR STAFF messed it up. I want to be totally clear. I paid McDonalds for the order, not DoorDash, therefore they should be serving the customer and making things rights.
