I just finished work and was denied restroom before washing hands, young girl with bad wig said this was the policy because of the neighborhood I showed her my hands, proving that hands needed to be washed before consuming food.
The staff behavior was very disappointing, and the service was poor. I would not recommend coming here, as even the management at McDonald’s doesn’t seem to care about customer concerns.
