The employees are always quick and kind
Worst service I have ever got in a drive-through in my entire life. I order a black iced coffee in an oatmeal. My oatmeal is more liquidy than my iced coffee. I tell the people change it make it thick they come back. It’s still water. I say I want my money back they come back with another thing of oatmeal Stillwater I say, sir I wanted my money back. The manager comes over. It takes 10 minutes in order to give me my money back and I’m late for work because of this situation, I think it’s insane.
