I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The cashier was extremely rude when informing me that they didn’t have a frappe available. Not only was it difficult to understand her because she didn’t speak clearly, but instead of being patient or helpful, she quickly became irritated and responded with attitude. On top of that, there were two employees outside cleaning the driveway, which made it even harder to hear her. Management is not it: they truly don’t know what they’re doing. Couldn’t apply promo code, then messed up my order and couldn’t refund. There’s a reason they have less than 4 stars! Do not waste your time.
